And the honest fine print, stated plainly: for the right job, we roll a truck up to 50 miles, true emergencies see an electrician in roughly two hours anywhere in our core area, and if your address is genuinely beyond our reach, we will say so on the phone instead of wasting your week.
The East Valley: Home Turf
This is where RSB began and where most of our trucks spend most of their days. Mesa is the home base, including East Mesa, Lehi, and Dobson Ranch, and Chandler is where the company was born in 2001.
Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the North Valley
From downtown high-rises to Cave Creek horse country, the middle and north of the map are regular territory.
The West Valley
Yes, we cross the Valley, and the West Side’s retirement communities in particular know our trucks well.
Pinal County
The Valley does not stop at the county line, and neither do we. Pinal’s fast-growing cities sit comfortably inside our 50-mile rule.

Service area questions, answered straight
1.Do you charge extra to come to my city?
No travel fees inside our service area, and estimates are free everywhere we work. Overtime rates after 5 p.m. and on weekends are about the clock, not the map, and they are disclosed before we dispatch.
2.I am outside the list. Will you still come?
For the right job, we roll a truck up to 50 miles, so ask. If the distance makes us the wrong choice for you, we will say that honestly and quickly.
3.Does 24/7 emergency service cover every city listed?
Yes, the on-call electrician serves the whole map. Response time scales with distance; roughly two hours covers true emergencies in our core area, and we tell you a real number when you call.
4.Why do only some cities have their own page?
The pages exist where we have the most history to show. More are coming, and every city on this page gets identical service either way.
5.My community has an approved vendor list. Are you on it?
Quite possibly; we work with dozens of Valley HOAs and 55+ communities. Call with the community name, and Sharee can tell you on the spot.
