2.Hardwired or plug-in: does it really matter?
For daily use, completely hardwired means one switch, proper dimming, and no cords behind appliances. Plug-in kits are how kitchens discover the idea; hardwired is how they keep it.
3.Can you install without tearing up my tile backsplash?
Almost always: wall paths where framing allows, cabinet routing where it does not, and the honest options explained before the quote. The backsplash survives our visits.
4.Strips or pucks?

8.One section of my strip lighting died. Fixable?
Usually, and worth diagnosing: connectors, a driver, or one failed segment, each has its fix. Cheap tape systems sometimes earn full replacement instead, and we will tell you which story yours is.
9.What about the LED tape I can buy online?
Fun for a bookshelf, honest answer for a kitchen: undersized drivers, adhesive mounting, and no channels mean glare, sag, and a short life in Valley heat. The hardwired version costs more once and works for years.
10.Can you add outlets under the cabinets while you are at it?

11.My kitchen remodel is underway. When should you come?
While the walls are open, ideally, we coordinate with your cabinet installer so wiring lands exactly where the cabinets expect it, and the lighting goes live the day the counters do. If the remodel is already closed up, we retrofit carefully; if it has not started, call us first and save real money.
12.What is the warranty?
One year on labor and materials from completion, invoice as proof, with hardware carrying its manufacturer’s warranty.
